The Franks' bonus does give them the strongest Knight line in the game, but their Light Cavalry (and Cavalry Archers, but Franks tend not to use those) suffers as a result. It takes a long time before that 20% HP bonus really shows its power, even if it does make Franks a beast in late-game.
Just out of theory, what if the bonus were changed so that instead of just +20% Cavalry HP, it was Free Bloodlines and +10% Knight HP in Imperial Age? Would this make the Franks too strong? Would it be an okay buff?
