Monks tips

I know that placing your monks on a hotkey key and then using "q" as the quick conversion hotkey is a easy and relatively painless method of micro-ing and nabbing conversions without thousands of separate clicks but i need monk tips irl. I need your help to try and convert my girl into an aoe player, yes I have researched fervor but i think i need to go imp for block printing (i am slavic if this helps :). What do you think I could do to get this conversion?
