Recently I lost Team Games where we outnumbered our opponents and elos were similar. I must be screwing something up. Both games went late late imperial. They lasted at least 2 hours.
Game 1 [Land Nomad]: Ethiopians (me), Italians, vikings, Saracens vs Persians, Goths, Slavs
I get gang banged but manage to reboom. Then I make castle age camels for a while against imp enemies by selling food and wood till I go up to imperial age and make hussar. I sell food and wood to make trade carts.
Game 2 [Nomad]: Burmese (me), ?, ? vs Magyars, Goths
I get wrecked in castle age and have to make knights against cavalier and Arbalest and then knights against paladin. I go up to imperial and make elite Arambai and Cavalier. I sell food and wood for elite Arambai, Cavalier, and trade carts
Other than making trade earlier do you have any tips for late team games? I am losing to similar elo teams with fewer players. [1600 HD]
