Voobly Question - Wololo Kingdoms

Hi guys, seems the subreddit isn't too busy so I thought I might ask this.

So, I've just started playing on voobly, mostly 1v1s and I notice that a lot of the larger games require Wololo Kingdoms.

I know there a few tools out there to make installing Wololo Kingdoms easier,but what I'm not clear on is whether I can go back to playing these smaller games once I've installed Wololo Kingdoms.

I guess I'm asking whether Wololo Kingdoms is backwards compatible with standard User Patch games?
