Want to play all the late 90s PC games I fell in love with as a youth.

Diablo (1 and 2) , Age Of Empires, Warcraft Tides of Darkness, Starcraft, all these games I fell in love with in my early teens I yearn to play again. Only issue is I don’t have a PC to play them. I own a MacBook, and xbox1. I want to know what this community believes is the best way I can go about solving my problem. Do I buy a PC? Alienware laptop? Is there another way I can do this (I keep reading about “stream”, unsure what it is.) All this could be answered through google, but I value this community’s opinion and advice. Thanks everyone !
