Can't join new player lobby

Hi guys, I have about 170 games in new player lobby and managed to reach 1395 rating in the Rm beginner. I am no longer able to join the lobby and tried out the medieval seige one. I have gotten crushed to the point my rating is just below 1400. I want to go back to the new player lobby cause at least I can win more than 15% games over there and they also have more active players in custom games. The custom game lobby is quite dead in comparison

I tried making a new account with a different email ID but still got the same message saying lobby is for new players only.

What do I do?
