Hi there,
I'm playing AoE II HD since release, and have played it even before it. I'm watching videos, learning build orders and have 1800 hours in this game (most of these were scenario games, tho).
The problem? I still suck. I'm 16XX dude who just can't improve no matter how hard he tries.
No matter what i do, i'm 100 points behind in first 10 mins, and gap only grows over time. Should i succesfully repeal one enemy's rush, i will die to his second strike. I'm good at micro and reliably defeat equal numbers of enemy units, but our forces are never equal.
On the other hand, in scenarios, where economy managment plays less important role, i can reliably defeat player 200-300 ELO higher. I know that economy managment is my weak spot, but it seems like your humble servant just stuck at 15XX ELO eco skill without means to improve it further.
Do you have any ideas how to improve my skill? Anyway, thank you for your attention!
