Most interessting Civ? (ex special cards, special upgrades)

I’ve played Aoe3 since way back, but recently started playing it more frequently when I got it on steam.

I was wondering which Civ has the most ”variety”. I like trying to make my ”Town” nice (btw im only doing singleplayer since I would get rekt online immidiatly). For ex I’m building walls, trying to place everything simmitry (idk how to spell that), dividing the land into the farmers at the back, normal buildings in the middle and military at front by the gates.

Im enjoying the game, and play as Ottomans, I was hoping that the ”Unique Ottoman upgrades in Mosque” would contain much more upgrades but it only had 2.

Tips for any Civ that is ”special”. I hope yall understand my english
