I have no problem with the condo unit for the Italians. However the fact that it is available to a whole team can negate gunpowder for the opposition completely. Civs like Portuguese and turks that are very reliant on it are forced away from gunpowder completely. But even for other civs, hc can be the only option for an early imp opening, and an Italian in the enemy team can completely negate that option.
I play a lot of voobly bf and in the wk games I've seen the 28-30 min imp into condo just seems too strong.
People have talked about making it a tech for a while, or just removing the team bonus. I think the latter's the better idea.
