A major cosmetic and immersive change

I'm sure this has been posted before but the only thing I really want in de is a button in the main menu to switch all unit skins to something more culturally appropriate. I would like it as a toggle switch so that it wont be permanent so that it wont mess up competitive play or if people dont like the new change. I exclusively play non competitive but I can see how a bunch of different looking units can mess up counter timing and such. I just dont want to see European soldiers as the Aztecs or the Chinese in regular games. It takes me out of the immersion. And when people play with all techs on maybe they could make a calvary skin for the american Civs. I wouldn't care if the new skins take huge liberties with historical accuracy. I would pay real money for this to happen. I played around with a few mods but I was left disappointed with the results.
