Asian dynasties Japan campaign causes crash

So I'm stucked in the cinematic for now. Does anyone knows how to fix it?

Also, when I exit the game and open it another time, all my campaign is lost. When I loaded a campaign save and resigned from it, it suddenly appeared. If I open Skirmish, I have to create a new homecity if there isn't one. After I created it, when I go to Manage Homecities, my previous homecities are still there. Anyone knows why this happens?
