Community of casual gamers?

Is there a community of casual gamers that are in their mid 20s or early 30s (age isn't specific, but you know people that can afford to shell out some cash for random games once in a while) that are willing to play any type of multiplayer game once in a while. For example I have games that have been sitting in my steam library, gog, bnet, origin, etc. without any use and I would just like to try them out. I don't know if this applies to other people, but I just sometimes get the itch to play something but I just don't have anyone to play with and I wouldn't mind playing indie games, etc. even if I just play it once and then change the game in like an hour or two. I might just play like once a week or so, but if there are enough of us then maybe when someone gets the itch, there will be someone else wanting to join at that moment too.

I'm mostly interested in strategy games, but I'm not that great at them. Sort of like starcraft or age of empires or civilization. I don't mind playing puzzle games or board games like on table top simulator. Also roguelikes or anything really. Everything goes to be honest. The thing is that I don't play alot anymore so mostly just searching for a community of casual gamers willing to play anything and all on the same skill level.
