Crashes and disconnects are ruining many games

It's a bit frustrating there's no reconnect facility, and that if an ally disconnects their villagers just sit there doing nothing. At a minimum the resources should be distributed and the villagers continue working, but I would argue they should be allowed to be controlled by allied players.
