I need some advice from 3rd's about how to deal with stone walls.

Context: i havent played aoe2 "seriously" before, usually just play with friends FFA and stuff. Around 5 to 6 years ago i played in voobly (after going 33-2 on HD) and i couldnt get out of 1550-1650elo. Around a week ago i started playing rated games on DE, i'm around 1400elo (i guess i'm an intermediate player?). Currently i'm at 78% win rate, playing "standard" builds like m@a into archers, scouts + towers since i like aggresive plays.

I just dont really know how to deal with boom behind walls. I had 2 games were i knew my opponent would boom so i played the greediest i could ( 1 game was mayan wars in golden pit, other was vietnamese (me) vs incas after inca tower rush in arabia) and still lost. Every single time that my game goes to imperial age i cant win.

I need some advice, should i just all in in castle age with 1 tc, forward siege/monks/kts or archers? and try to break through stone walls or is it a bad play?. try to play hybrid 2-3tc and full castle age aggresion (somewhat booming, make army, without thinking about going imperial)? I have stopped a boom once with vikings vs mongols with siege pikemen but my enemy didn't stone wall, he had palizades.

How can i improve my late castle-early imp game?, when i boom i usually hit imperial age before my opponent by 1-2min with 100-130pop and then i have no clue what to do, i just upgrade my units and push but i die trying to push. I cant stand closed maps either.

(i have tried searching threads, videos, etc about this topic and cant seem to find anything. I hope my english is not too broken). Thanks.

Tldr: Turtle players are my weakness, how to play against full stone walls and keep aggresion.

Pd: where can i find practice partners and some good DE replays?, i would like to practice vs a defensive/turtle player (mostly arabia and golden pit).
