Please help me - MONITORS

bear with me on this one im on the beers today :D

I have almost spent more on monitors since joining the PC master race combined then my actual gaming rig cost me.

My first buys were a 4k 32" 60hz screen, and a curved 27" 1080p 144hz to go with a second hand pc I had. Not understanding hz very well, I tried gaming on the 4k (with a rig that couldn't do it anyway in hindsight) and wasn't getting what I wanted (mainly due to not having V sync enabled or the right res, or refresh rates < my fault)

So I sold the 4k, and bought a 32" 144hz curved of the same brand and model of the 27" (i find the 27" to small for gaming and use in general)

So now ive got 2 1080p curved mismatched sized screens. but the curves are cool I def prefer them over the flat.

Fast forward a year I sell the 27", and buy an $800 samsung 4k billion dot dpi etc screen to watch media on, and i was gaming on the 32" curved.

All is good, they dont match but im content.

So to the present, I now have a new pc, a 2080 super with all the bells and whistles and gaming on my 4k 32 screen with a solid 60fps at whatever settings I want, and im watching media on the curved 1080.

But I want the white picket fence im seeing in the all the battle station pictures - 2 matched monitors of the high quality/same brand/same size.. so can anyone help me drop the last stupid amount of money on screens for a long long time please? what do i need? price isnt an issue but at the same time I would only be looking to spend around $2k max and from my previous screen buying experience I feel like this is a good amount to get what im after.

if someone wants to recommend something outside this price im still open to suss it out and see if its what im after.

so, what do I need?

- 2 x 4k (i would want minimum 100hz, even though im finding the solid 60fps ok more hz is better right?)

- 2 x 2k 1440p 144hz?

1 x ultrawide? 4k? 2k? (im hesitant to get one of these, can you utilise these as if you had 2 monitors?

and sizes... I play a little bit of everything... cod one day overwatch another, age of empires then an RPG ... 27"? 32" (feeling very used to 32" but all my mates are gaming on 27"?)

Any help or advice would be appreciated!
