I’m a obviously a noob but have noticed some Asian civ military units have a squiggly glowing, white outline around it that seems to give it massive hit points (even seems to add HP when I attack). Last game I saw Japan exalted shinobi with it. What is this? Is it a card that makes them temporarily invincible?
