This has to be the worst mappool in a long time.

I think the current mapppool is way too weird and non standard. I dont have enough bans this time around to ban the maps i completely detest.

I need a ban for megarandom because its just not fun "M3gaR4nD0m", unless youre going mirror its pretty much random where your strengths or weaknesses are going to be ,and if your opponent has a significant advantage. I guess its in the name though

I definitely need a ban for Bog islands because, well I want to have at least some standard gameplay. Golden swamp had a good land part to it, and you could base your strat around water or land.

Well, the new nomad is also absolutely trash, 100 sheep, scarce recources. I dont enjoy playing against britons as it is. I also dont enjoy low recource maps too much - especially in nomad. I actually liked the old nomad.

Kilimanjaro. I mean, what can i really say here. Your woodline is in the center and its downhill. Its also got 8 holes in it, especially fun for lower level players, or even mid 1500s - where its easy to forget an overchop by that one motivated villager. Theres some shorefish on tiny ponds. and your sheep spawn weird. Theres also only one boar. aside from the huge middle mountain that is, also not too fun to play on, as once youve lost a positional advantage, youre pretty much playing uphill all game. Compared to Serengeti ( Which i also didnt enjoy too much) it just adds the frustration of walling on hills.

Continental is a water map. I dont like it, but I guess its alright if you enjoy water maps, i dont particularly enjoy beeing forced onto water, (something like golden swamp is cool) especially water around land - because its somewhat random how you scout your opponents fish. Fish can also spawn in inland lakes, which again - adds to the random factor . Cant complain too much here. I just dont enjoy the style of map. Water surrounded by land is better than the opposite.

Arena. I can enjoy some arena, but at the moment im just not feeling the stonewall, fast castle boom every game. Id prefer not to play it.

Golden pit, Hillfort and arabia are decent. They at least allow for a somewhat normal game.
