Byzantine Paladins

While we all know that the worst of the paladins is the celtic one, the byzantine doesnt lag far behind it.

Whats your guys thoughts on extending the 33% off imperial age bonus to the paladin upgrade itself? What of going further and doing the same with HCA upgrade? Both of these are units which byzantines dont really want to go for that often, especially CA but its not too far fetched for them to go for the units given the CA is innately powerful with its high attack & even the fat cavalier that the byzantine paladin is, its still powerful.

It fits the theme of "trash but cheap" pretty well.
