Serious Scenario Editor Questions WoOoOOooOOo!

I have a bunch of ideas to use for scenario editor but there is one that stands out without knowing if its even possible.

I just would simply like to start with 1 character and have him walk along a certain path, not being able to see too far, and when he gets to a certain spot or building he says something in a chat box. Is there anything even remotely close to that which could be possible? Im not too experienced with the triggers tab.
