I just played a single random map and it gave me all the campaign achievements.

I just tried out the new Sicilians in a random map. As soon as I won I got the achievements for completing the three new campaigns.

Also, the tech tree seems to be bugged. Every unit is listed as having between 800 and 1000 hp.
