Is there any method to report toxic players

So today I played an arabia 1v1 Mayans (me) vs Persians. My opponent did an expected delete tc and rebuild thing, which I countered fairly well. Brought my villagers to his (I assume he was a male) starting location, built tc there. Clicked to feudal and he built a tc right next to mine once again, which was easy to counter by then, since I got vil rushed a couple times before and most of his villagers were already severely damaged. After countering, he tried to escape with the vills (obviously), and I killed all but 3. I think you can guess what happened from now on; hid those 3 in corners/on the edges of the map, and streched out the game by a lot.

My question regarding the topic is if I have any option to do something in order to get these players banned from the game
