I am playing more and more halb/onager pushes lately, especially with koreans and teutons and I was wondering: when is Shinkichon worth getting? Is it ever viable before the SO upgrade? Or is it only a post post imp tech for when you have trade and everything else researched? I think I never bought this UT before SO so I'm curious whether I missed something here?
