I'll gladly accept the downvotes but here's my take on how to balance some civs. Some are very insignificant. Some... Maybe, but lets at least all agree that Flemish Revolution needs to go. I'd like your thoughts about it

- Mameluke gold cost reduces from 85g -> 75g
--- TURKS ---
- Chemistry is free, +1 attack effect available in the castle age (Gunpowder units still locked in Imperial Age)
--- SPANISH ---
- Blacksmith and Military upgrades cost -50% gold (Was Blacksmith upgrades cost no gold)
- Gain access to the Siege Engineers technology
- Gunpowder units have 25% increased Projectile speed (Was Hand Cannoneers and Bombard Cannons fire 18% faster.)
--- GOTHS ---
- +5 population per age starting in the dark age (Was +10 population cap in the Imperial Age)
--- MAGYARS ---
- Sheep are visible on the map near your Town Center
--- BERBERS ---
- Genitour food cost reduces from 50f -> 45f
--- INCAS ---
- Eagle Warriors move +10% faster
- Non-elite Kamayuks have +1 melee armor (Elite unchanged)
Team bonus changed to Re-Seed time nearly instant (fish traps included)
--- INDIANS ---
- Camel units have +1/+1 armor in the Castle Age and +1/+1 armor in the Imperial Age. (was cavalry units and pierce armor only)
- Gain access to Battle Elephants
--- BURMESE ---
- Gain access to the Leather Archer Armor technology
- Non-elite Arambai have -1 pierce armor (Elite have 1 pierce armor)
--- CUMANS ---
- Gain access to the Bracers technology
- Elite Kipchak have -1 Pierce attack (Normal unchanged)
- Elite Kipchak technology now costs 825 food and 750 wood
- Two feudal buildings are required to build a Feudal Age Town Center
- The time to construct a Feudal Age Town Center is back to 225 seconds
--- BURGUNDIANS ---
- Flemish Revolution technology has been removed
- Flemish Militia available in the Imperial Age at the Barracks
- Flemish Militia HP reduces from 75 -> 65
- Flemish Militia Attack reduces from 12 -> 11
- Flemish Militia Attack bonus is now
- +5 vs Cavalry (Was +8 vs Cavalry)
- +4 vs Camel (Was 6 vs Camel)
- +5 vs War elephant (Was +8 vs War elephant)
- New Imperial Age technology Golden Spurs:
Spearman-line and Flemish Militia +5 attack bonus vs cavalry; Villagers can now turn into Flemish Militia when garrisoned in Town Centers at half the cost and are created nearly instantly
--- SICILIANS ---
- Military units (Except Serjeants) gain +5 HP for each armor upgrade that affects them
