Can’t move up in team game rating

My team game rating started really low and I won most games and moved up quickly. But now I’m stuck around 1730 because I keep ending up on teams with people who resign instantly or too early, or I get ganged up on and my team mates don’t make military to help. And today I even played a game which we won and got 0 points. It’s making it unenjoyable because I’m not getting to play to my level, what am I meant to do?
