I did everything as seen in SOTL's video, I see the right flags, but I can't see the right names for the "new civs". So Exodia is still called Franks and the bonusses are aswell the bonusses for Franks. I activated the Data Mod before the game, resetted it after I subscribed to the mod. What could it be? Thanks!
