As they say, Turks with gold kick ass. The strategy I followed is pretty common at intermediate to high levels. A basic (4) scout rush into Cavalry Archers.
Just took my time in Feudal Age to set up my economy (wood and gold) for 3 range production. Placed a Siege Workshop on a forward hill. Since my Mayan opponent was passive, I didn't produce anything out of it. The Turk gold bonus surely helps a lot.
I didn't use any food after 5 minutes of Castle Age at anything except Villagers which helped me get to Imperial Age quite fast. The SW produced BBC immediately after hitting Imperial Age, which is only possible with Turks.
Turk CA are pretty generic for the most part. I didn't have a Castle. No forward castle into Janissaries (which is an all in strategy) so didn't have Sipahi. Free Chemistry surely helps. Getting all armor upgrades makes CA resistant to archer attacks (6 pierce armor).
By early Imperial Age, I had 60 CA at which point I stopped production. I noticed my gold was burning fast - but at this point, my army was untouched, so no problem buddy.
I was later thinking about setting up trade (it was 2vs2) and Hussar raiding, bt they resigned. If you are in Castle Age (or sometimes in Imperial Age too), 60 HCA + 3 BBC are enough to clean up a base.
