Can we have team resignation for team games?

I used to love playing 4v4 maps with my friends, it was honestly more enjoyable than 1v1 because of innumerable circumstances that arose due to different civs combinations. But playing online just sucks as mostly one person from my own team or the other team just resigns right in the beginning. Like in CSGO or other team games there should be a penalty if someone just quits in a competitive match. There should be an option for team resignation where if majority agrees, the team resigns.
