Techs and strategies you feel are underrated or underutilized

I’ll post one to start. Will probably add more if I don’t see them below!

Farimba for the Malians. Upon reaching Imp, you are three somewhat cheap upgrades away from destroying all enemy cav on the map. It’s amazing to watch Lithuanians work to get relics for cav attack and you just press a button to totally counter them.
