[Bug] I cannot drag view right on Voobly

Not 100% sure how to word this since it's something I've never had to explain before, but basically when I drag my mouse to the right hand side of the screen, my view will no longer go to the right. It works fine going up, down and left, but for some reason going right won't work. I've tested in HD and on Voobly and it's only happening on Voobly. I've tried restarting, trying to launch with and without WK, but nothing seems to change, the only consistent thing is it only happens in Voobly, and this didn't happen before until today which is throwing an added layer of confusion on me since it worked fine before.

Hoping someone here has experienced something like this before and can advise me how to fix it (and if it's just some simple thing that has changed or I've accidentally clicked a setting change).
