so there is one dude with around 2000 ELO, that everytime he is losing he starts to pause the game with no comment. After breaking the pause he starts to write "phone". Before he uses his last pause, he writes "pause or bug" and after his last pause he starts to intentionally lag, making the game unplayable. Now he even started to do it right after the game starts. Can't this dude get IP banned?
