We all know that Vietnamese are unstoppable due to a good eco (Paper Money) and strong units (Rattan Archers, Imperial Skirmishers and Battle Elephants with extra HP). So how to nerf this civ?
Rattan Archers: Increase cost from 50w 45g to 70w 65g
Battle Elephants: They take two population slots (only for Vietnamse BE)
Imperial Skirmishers: They are too good to be a trash unit. 35w 25f -> 35w 25g
Paper Money: Still OP but it's the only eco boost for Vietnamese so it's okay
