RNG should be removed from AoE2

Sometimes you get way safer gold, sometimes the other guy gets safer gold, boar, deer etc..
Sometimes your starting position is easier to wall, sometimes your opponent's position is easier to wall
Sometimes the relics are closer to you and.. you get the idea, i know that rng gives the game a bit more spice but it's unfair, sometimes really unfair.
