While the Incas are perfectly fine in 1v1's, they don't offer much to their teammates, as building farms 50% faster is pretty weak. Farms already build fast, and the result is only a tiny increase in farm collection rate overall.
I've seen a few people suggest the following as a replacement team bonus for the Incas:
Markets work X% faster.
This is both more valuable in terms of gameplay and fits the Incas historically due to their commerce spanning nearly all of South America during their time (AFAIK). The bonus would help a lot for team games by letting players build Trade Carts faster and research Cartography just a bit quicker. Oh, and the other techs, of course.
Anyone think this could be an acceptable upgrade for them? It'd have next to no effect on 1v1's, but gives them a team bonus that doesn't feel like it's doing nothing.
