Anti-dropper measures?

So in most games its gg if your ally quits. In games with randoms this happens far too often and it sucks to lose 30 minutes of building up just because he didn't build any defenses and just mashed the ping on his base instead of building some pikes or something.

Starcraft 2 gives you some control over a dropped player's units. Is there any way to do that here? Or immediately move over all of the dropped player's buildings and units to another ally? Or in this game where the population cap is so important, giving you the dropped player's population cap?
