[HELP] Region lock in Ranked Multiplayer?

Is there anyway to region lock in ranked multiplayer?

I'm from Indonesia (Southeast asia region) but I kept playing people from other regions, even as far as EU and I usually just autoresign.

I have no issue with my own connection (40 Mbps / 20ms latency with speedtest) but the game is UNPLAYABLE and very laggy in multiplayer when I'm against players outside my region. It's even stuttering enough sometimes against people from my own region I don't wanna deal with people from outside my region.
