Vsync on without having vsync enabled?/unintended fps cap?

Hello fellow rushers and boomers,

I noticed something very strange happening the last few matches! Whenever I play and check the fps they get automatically locked at my monitors refresh rate (75hz) without having vsync enabled ingame or in the nvidia settings.

(The performance benchmark scores 1288, so my system should be able to get way more fps)

The odd thing is that I noticed this on my old laptop too. However on that device it gets magically capped at 30 fps - before the last update it also was way able to get above 60 fps somehow. Vsync disabled.

Did anybody else notice this?
