The team matchmaking is getting so bad there's almost no point playing

Me and my teammate just queued up for some team games.

First game we won before Castle age, our opponents had villager high of around 25 each to our 40 or so even before we started attacking.

Second game, one of our opponents did a dark age rush and had 13 military before I even got to Feudal whilst the other did a fast castle and got to castle age in under 17 minutes.

All players rated ~1200, it has been bad for a while, but I feel like it's getting ridiculous at this stage.
