What's the best way to make Xolotl Warriors?

It was so cool when I figured converted stables could yield Xolotl Warriors for Aztecs and Incas, and plus me being a cavalry guy, would love to use them... I often play the Incas, cause I really like the Kamayuks, who are pretty strong against cavalry and the Slinger is really good against most infantry...

Well, most YouTubers showed that the best way was to Monk rush, but how exactly do I do it, as Monk Rushing is quite a risky strategy and can potentially become a loss of gold if not done well...

And it might just be hard to convert stables as training time with just 1 stable is kinda slow... And also if the opponent manages to delete his stable in time it'll be sad for me (sniffs)

So what's the best way to get most out of this hidden Xolotl Warrior bonus?
