After 3 days I still can't get the game to load

I've given them the benefit of the doubt but after 3 days of not being able to play a game that I preorded I've had enough. Got my refund through the microsoft store support team today even if the game tells you no refunds available. If anyone is in the same situation and want to get a refund to wait until the game is actually playable here is the microsoft support number 1 (800) 642-7676

Guess I'll go back to AOE2 on steam and WC3 to appease my rts needs.
