The game goes to launch but nothing happens. No title screen, no black screen, no error message. Uninstalled/reinstalled several times (both steam and aoe). Tried compatibility modes windows 7, win xp sp3 and 2, absolutely nothing. Verified game files as well, still won't launch. The only version of the game that actually booted up to the title screen was 4.3.
What have I missed? What else can I do?
Edit: all drivers seem to be fully updated. It's gotta be something small I'm overlooking. is there a return policy on steam lololol
