So me and 2 of my friends are playing aoe2 Hd online via steam sometimes. The sad thing is, one game we totally dominate and easily win, the next game we get totally owned. (I often suspect that some of them are smurfs, since they are at our elo level, but are just EXTREMELY better than we are. Maybe one out of ten games is a close one.
We three are almost at the same level. Not perfectly aligned, but all around 1550 Elo.
Is there any way to increase our chances for balanced games?
