Fight simulator update!

Hi folks, I got back to working on the unit's fight simulator I've scribbled few months ago (thread). I received some suggestions for improvement last time and I've implemented some of them:
* melee vs ranged units - melee unit is not doing damage during the time it takes it to approach other unit, applies also to ranged units with different ranges
* unit which is outranged and slower by more than 0.2 tiles will die without doing damage
* reflecting unit upgrades/civ bonuses - using the arrows in the base stats table you can modify any of them and create any upgrades you wish, existing or non-existing (well, almost any). Super lazy solution, but also very flexible.
In the future I plan to implement hopefully even more realistic calculation for melee vs ranged, but I'll need frame delay data for that and think hard for more than 5 minutes.
Hope some of you will use this. Please let me know if you encounter any bugs or strange results.
