Franks and bloodlines

I don't think it'll be controversial claim that Paladins with 212hp would be overwhelming, in a similar vein, I don't think it'll be controversial claim that Light Cav with 72hp in the late game is rather underwhelming. Bloodlines would provide the Frankish Light Cav a much needed boost but would result in the Frankish player pumping out some catastrophically strong Paladins as well. Bloodlines and the 20% hp boost can't coexist, and so what about reducing the bonus to 10% while adding Bloodlines to the French repertoire. This would result in both providing a major buff to the Light Cav line while also nerfing the Frankish knight rush potency a bit as the savings from not having to research bloodlines could not be redirected in more knights or blacksmith upgrades. While 198hp Paladins may look overly strong, it would take the same amount of hits from both a Halb and a heavy camel to take it down as it would if it were 6hp lesser, ensuring that the counters work as expected. And while getting half the hp boost of a Hussar without having to play the 600g may look like a cheat, the hussar upgrade also increases the damage output by reducing the rof. Though what do you guys think? Is it a superfluous change? What impact would it have on DMs and late game trash fights? Are the two extra Arbalest arrows tanked by the Paladin a deal breaker?
