Questions about Voobly

hello guys and hopefully girls as well,

Im new to Voobly and i have a couple of questions about it.

1. while spectating a later joined game the time always automatically speeds up. very annoying. Can i turn this off?

2. is there a way to go, again while spectating a later joined game, to the current state of the game? or do i have to watch the sped up version until it is at the right time?

3. Is there a way to see from the lobby how long the game is already going on?

As you can see, i really like to watch games!
