Cant connect to eso server pls help

I just downloaded Aoe3:Wars of Liberty. I opened the game and tried to play online but there was no Connection, so I decided to play on the normal asian dynasties, but as i tried to get online, there was just written:"failed Connection to the eso servers " Can anyone tell me pls how to fix it that i can play online again on asian dynasties
