voobly mouse lag fix

I had trouble with the cursor, like it was rendering with 30 fps.

So here are the solutions that worked for me.

Fix 1:

Using this registry option fixes the lag, but removes the custom icons (you see always the vanilla windows cursor):

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\DirectPlay\Applications\Age of Empires II - The Conquerors Expansion]

Fix 2:

There is a setting in Patch v1.5 Beta R7.

In the game lobby enable the Custom Normal Mouse (lag free mouse with the custom game icons) and Precision Scrolling System (for smooth scrolling):
