Need help with ESO

I never posted on reddit before so bear with me, i've been trying to create an ESO account to play with a few a buddies but i keep getting error 101, however both my buddies can get on just fine. I remember way back in the day i had an ESO account but the account manager says theres no username attached to my PID but i cant make one, after about an hour of googling I'm turning to here for help. Any help would be appreciated
