Do you find 1650-1800 HD players have the most inflated sense of self?

I think in particular the group mentioned in the title are prone to thinking they are better than they are because they are just at the brinks of beginning to use hotkeys, do more advanced micro, and understand macro.

Just from personal experience I see time and time again these players 1650-1800 HD make rooms with 2/3 Vs 1 and they either end up bashing on complete noobs who have 30 minute castle age times (this probably inflates their ego) or they get destroyed themselves by somewhat competent players who know build orders but are just lower rated.

Just find it funny when they do lose they automatically jump to the conclusion slinging resources was involved or give some other bullshit excuse. These players really need to learn they are not experts.

Just the other day a 1700 took on me and 2 other 1600s and we absolutely shredded him, the guy talked shit the whole game and then just made excuses...
