Elite Handcannoneer Idea

I've been thinking about a cool idea for a Handcannoneer upgrade, just because I think it could be an interesting idea. Anyway here is the new stats:

Cost: 1000 Food 1000 Gold

Time: 90 Sec's

Effects:

Hitpoint's: +5

Attack: + 3

Attack Bonuses:

Infantry: + 15

Rams: +3

Spearline: +2

Range + 1

Civs it would be Available for: Portuguese, Italians, Spanish, Turks, Indians, Maybe Others...
