Is there any mod/way to mod the game (HD) so that all houses from one civ share the same texture?

Alright, bit of an odd question, but hear me out on that one!

My dad just got back into the game and he always had the habit of sticking to one type of house (this one: http://ageofempires.wikia.com/wiki/File:HouseAoEII.png).

Is there any way to mod the game (HD Version!) so that when he goes to build a house, he always gets that type? Maybe a Workshop mod (haven't found one) or something along those lines.

I'd like to help him out a bit, would save a lot of time if he didn't have to go build-house-cancel-build-house-cancel until he gets the type he wants.
